%%%1965 STREAMLINE Empress%%%
The water heater was replaced when I purchased it. It is not new but hooked up to the water with no leaks. I have not tried to light it or the furnace. I was told by the previous owner he never lit the furnace in the 11 years he owned it.
The bearings have been repacked. The tires are a couple years old in good condition.
The water lines have all been replaced. The kitchen and bathroom sink have new faucets.
The aluminum roof vents have been replaced and are in great working order.
All the windows work, window screens have been replaced if needed, and all the window cranks have been replaced. The roof top air works good and been serviced.
The sofa has been freshly recovered. All new custom-made curtains. All the furnishings in side goes with the trailer. When the side table is folded down the table stools can be used as foot stools.
New vinyl peel n stick plank flooring.
This 1965 Streamline has nice original aluminum skin and a great belly pan. This trailer is constructed of steel floor frame, with aluminum body frame, and aluminum interior and exterior skin.
The kitchen has a double sink, and the original teal blue Wedgewood stove.
There are tons of interior storage space, including large closets.
This trailer has a 2" ball, and tows great on the road.
